For the family of Mary KayMerciful Father, we remember our sister Mary Kay who is now in Your eternal presence. We thank you for giving her to us to know and to love in this earthly pilgrimage. In Your boundless compassion comfort her family and loved ones in this time of sorrow. Give them faith to see that death is only the gate to eternal life so in quiet confidence they may continue their course on earth until by Your call they are reunited with those who in saving faith have gone before them. This we ask in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God now and forever. Amen.05-28-2011
For those grieving the faithful departedMerciful Father, You desire that we do not grieve like those without hope, for you have called us to live in confidence that our loved ones who die in faith, reside in Your presence and now enjoy eternal peace. Through Your Word and Spirit give comfort and strength to us who remain on earth, living with sure confidence that our departed loved one now resides in Your heavenly kingdom. Also encourage us who mourn to walk by faith and not by sight until the day when all your children are reunited in the presence of the Angels at the wedding feast of the Lamb. This we ask in Jesus name. Amen05-28-2011

Prayer for divine protectionLord Jesus, You promise to be with us always, even to the end of the age. Mercifully watch over all military personel, especially Corp. David Rowland, and all who have left thier families behind to protect our freedom. Watch over them, protecting them in time of danger, and giving assurance to those who serve and thier families that nothing is able to seperate us from Your love and in the end that You work all things together for our good. In Jesus name. Amen.05-28-2011
